You will also contribute to automation initiatives and support the secure operation of our Windows-based systems.</span> <h3>What your work will look like: </h3> <ul> <li>Administering and optimizing <b>Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)</b>, including conditional access, identity protection, and governance.</li><li>Managing <b>Intune</b> for device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment, and conditional access.</li><li>Administering and troubleshooting <b>Exchange Online</b>, <b>Microsoft Teams</b>, <b>SharePoint Online</b>, and related M365 services.</li><li>Supporting <b>Azure and Windows Server environments</b>, including patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Implementing and maintaining security standards using <b>Microsoft Defender</b> and related tools.</li><li>Developing and maintaining automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code (PowerShell, Terraform).</li><li>Serving as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues, while mentoring junior team members and documenting key procedures.</li></ul> <h3>What you need to be successful in this role: </h3> <ul> <li>We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to manage complex environments and drive improvements. To succeed in this role, you should have:</li><li><b>Expert-level experience</b> with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online</li><li><b>Strong experience</b> in: Azure administration, Windows Server administration, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Office 365</li><li><b>Good to have: </b>Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure, automation skills with PowerShell and/or Terraform, experience administering macOS in an enterprise environment</li><li>Excellent documentation skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong security awareness.</li><br/><i>Please note that we will not sponsor your visa or relocation, and you must have a valid work permit to be eligible for this position.</i></ul> <h3>What's next?</h3> <ul> <li>Does it sound exciting? -  Apply with your CV in English.
