Job Description Summary:

We are a rapidly growing and dynamic organization and, as part of our expansion, our NAV & Valuation team in the CFO department is seeking a Finance Valuation Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, where challenges and growth opportunities abound.

The Finance Valuation Specialist will be responsible for supporting quarterly Group evaluations, performing valuations of third-party companies, specific assets, and strategic initiatives.
A key focus will be maintaining and enhancing the existing Group Financial Model, the valuation of new strategic initiatives and constructing bespoke financial models for various business needs.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support for all activities related to quarterly Group evaluations.

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of strategic reporting documents for shareholders.

  • Maintain, update, and enhance the Group Financial Model to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Conduct detailed sensitivity analyses to support decision-making processes.

  • Develop financial models for potential M&A and disposal transactions.

  • Construct financial models tailored to specific strategic initiatives and business opportunities.

  • Prepare impairment test models in compliance with relevant standards.

  • Collaborate with the management team and shareholder investment principals on ad hoc financial analyses and requests.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Growth, Energy Markets, Planning & Control, and Structured Finance, ensuring alignment during evaluation processes.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Italian and Spanish are a plus).

  • A university degree in Economics or Engineering.

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.

  • Advanced Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling for infrastructure-related businesses.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.

  • Problem-solving abilities paired with a creative and analytical mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location
The position is open in several key locations, preferable in Milan / London, or Madrid.
