You’ll be the creative force behind their social media presence, transforming valuable content into engaging posts while also providing crucial administrative support. From bringing ChatGPT-generated books to life to designing eye-catching visuals in Canva, you’ll have the freedom to showcase your talents across multiple platforms and projects. Responsibilities

Transform existing content from ChatGPT into polished social media posts, documents, and other publishable formats
Create visually appealing graphics and content using Canva for multiple social media platforms
Manage and grow presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn with consistent, engaging content
Cross-promote content between different accounts to maximize reach and engagement
Assist with email management and responses to help maintain professional communication
Support website updates and maintenance in Go High Level platform
Help build and nurture online communities and membership areas
Convert existing courses and training materials into organized, user-friendly formats
Provide regular updates on project progress and prioritize tasks independently
Collaborate with the operations manager and other team members to align on content strategy

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts with a strong portfolio of content creation
Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools to create professional-quality graphics
Experience working with ChatGPT or similar AI tools to refine and repurpose content
Familiarity with Go High Level platform or willingness to quickly learn this system
Excellent written communication skills with perfect English grammar and engaging style
Self-motivated work ethic with ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects
Availability during Central Time business hours with flexibility for project deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks without constant supervision
Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Passion for personal development, coaching, and team building topic
