Mission of Role/Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead AC Disaster Consulting’s financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high energy, exceptional financial acumen, and a strategic mindset. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing both short-term and long-term growth strategies, driving cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring financial stability and scalability as the company expands.

This is a fast-paced and evolving industry, requiring a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The CFO must be comfortable working closely with the executive team, providing high-level financial guidance, and rolling up their sleeves to create and execute financial models, forecasts, and strategic plans. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet business demands is essential.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute cost-saving measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to support business expansion and operational improvements.

• Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial health, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
