Salary:  $165,000 - $170,000

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage accounts with an estimated value of $35M+, ensuring top-tier service and performance.
  • Take charge of large, high-profile accounts, maintaining exceptional standards and client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and development opportunities for managers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster and maintain strong, sensitive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Utilize strong operational and financial skills to drive success and profitability.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve income from high-profile accounts
  • Acquire new business and expand existing accounts strictly within the region
  • Manage annual budgets, ensuring compliance with financial goals
  • Complete all required reports as per corporate policy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least five years of experience in multi-unit management, showcasing strong leadership and operational skills.
  • Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction and drive positive customer experiences through effective leadership.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing new business models within the food service industry, demonstrating strategic thinking and innovation.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, profit and loss (P&L) driven environment, with strong financial acumen and decisive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Strong skills in coaching and developing managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ability to maintain and nurture sensitive client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • High-level operational and financial acumen, with a proven track record of driving profitability and growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and make informed decisions.
