Global Workplace and Capital Expenditures Financial Analyst

Key Role:
Lead financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis efforts in support of Booz Allen’s Capital Expenditure (Capex) Program and Global Workplace (GW) Real Estate Group. Serve as a trusted advisor to identify financial risks and opportunities, providing advice and recommendations to mitigate cost impacts. Support the Associate overseeing Capex and GW to develop Global Workplace operational budgets, including Plan, and track performance throughout the year. Develop firmwide Capex and Depreciation and Amortization (D&A) plans while managing projects through ROI, submission, and approval stages. Guide clients through routine processes and adhere to the published cadence for budget and forecasting updates, monthly and quarterly accruals, and fiscal year cut-over activities. Drive transformation of existing tools, reports, and analyses to meet client objectives. Prepare monthly Leadership reports, including Opex and Capex, providing analysis of results versus Plan and prior forecast. Champion financial processes, tools, and best practices. Continually drive process and technology improvement to achieve more efficient and effective financial oversight. Partner with appropriate Accounting, Financial Systems, and Compliance teams, as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with performing financial analysis, including budget management, modeling, or reporting
- Experience with Excel, including the extensive use of formulas to build financial reports and models
- Ability to develop, maintain or improve financial reports for senior-level management or clients
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with conducting financial analysis
- Experience in the government contracting industry
- Experience with supporting transformation efforts at a large organization
- Knowledge of the accounting treatment for facilities or capital expenditure portfolios
- Knowledge of federal cost accounting standards
- Possession of excellent presentation, analytical, and collaboration skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
