What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in orthodontic patients with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate and schedule new patient consults, follow-ups, and treatment appointments
• Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients and parents
• Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment progress
• Serve as the liaison between patients, families, and the clinical team 
• Create a smooth, positive experience for every family from start to finish

Requirements

• Front office or coordinator experience in a dental or orthodontic setting (preferred)  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities  
• Detail-oriented with a friendly, upbeat personality  
• Proficient with dental software systems (orthodontic software experience is a bonus!)  
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
