What You’ll Do

As an LPN in our urgent care setting, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients and providers by:

• Delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment

• Educating patients and families to ensure clear understanding of care plans

• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team

• Utilizing electronic medical records (E-MAR) and clinical documentation tools

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

What You Bring

• Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program

• Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of practice

• Experience: Recent clinical experience preferred

• Certification: Current CPR certification

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient advocacy
