Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):Spry Methods is on the search for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate business needs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of solutions that meet business objectives.
- Ensure contract compliance and manage project deliverables.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- Top Secret Clearance Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
- SAFe Agilist or equivalent certification
- Scrum Master or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
