Join our team as a Senior Solution Engineer and be at the forefront of delivering top-notch web experiences. </p> <h2 id="what-you-will-do">What you will do:</h2> <ul> <li>Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose effective solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with back-end engineers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration and high-quality web experiences.</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them navigate current and future challenges.</li> <li>Take technical responsibility for client projects, from cost estimation to final implementation.</li> <li>Leverage your expertise to lead interdisciplinary teams towards project success.</li> <li>Mentor and guide less experienced engineers to help them grow professionally.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p>What we expect: </p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a solution engineer or in a similar consulting role.</li> <li>Proficiency in agile methodologies.</li> <li>Expertise in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies.</li> <li>Experience with DevOps, Git workflows, and release processes.</li> <li>Previous experience with Storyblok is highly desirable.</li> <li>Proficient in both German and English.</li> <li>Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and client meetings.</li> <li>Join us to shape the future of web solutions and make a significant impact on our clients' digital presence.
