In this role, you will own the go-to-market sales strategy, lead and motivate a growing sales team, and play a central part in shaping how one of the region's fastest-growing homebuilders continues to scale. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to ownership, with real influence over team structure, community-level sales strategy, and the customer experience across all of their markets.
