BSA Chapter Lead – Business Enablement Domain

This role is of a People Manager position within the Chapter with a focus on the development of employees - inspiring a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration. Upholding the principles and practices that have been established within Canadian Operations and that our Stakeholders have come to expect.

What will you do?

• Align talent strategy to support Canadian initiatives.
• Enable success of teams by providing tools, coaching, and development opportunities
• Manage the review of practitioners’ progression, performance, and compensation.
• Contribute to the Chapter Management team.
• Analyze and define user needs and translate them into requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents.
• Analyze and document how systems, processes, procedures, and clients will be impacted by future development with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organisation.
• Create and/or provide comments into internal and external communications and user documentation.
• Review and provide comments on business and technical documentation.
• Support business on the roll-out of what has been developed with a focus on end-to-end validation.

What do you need to succeed?

• 3-5 years as a business consultant
• 3+ years experience leading and empowering people
• Proven track record of high performance with a bias for action.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business and/or technology platforms or ability to learn about technology and digital products.
• Experience working with client facing technologies/digital engagement platforms.
• Experience in transformational system work, moving from legacy system to modern system.
• Skilled in test execution and understanding the outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and simply both complex business and technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
• Ability to work and demonstrate cooperation in a matrixed team environment.
• Experience with data & integration modelling.
• Experience with business case development and modelling.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
