This is a hands-on operational and inside sales role where you’ll work directly with agency partners, internal clinical teams, and operations leadership to help drive visit growth and keep patient care moving.</p> <p data-start="886" data-end="991">If you’re highly organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by results, we’d love to talk with you.</p> <p data-start="993" data-end="1125"><strong>YOU MUST BE IN TEXAS AND ABLE TO DO IN PERSON VISITS BUT THIS ROLE IS PRIMARILY REMOTE</strong></p> <p data-start="993" data-end="1125"><strong>YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE HOME HEALTH FIELD (ANY ROLE IS GOOD JUST NEED TO HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE IN OUR FIELD)</strong></p> <p><strong>Summary of Primary Function:</strong></p> <p>The Coordinator is responsible for filling daily and weekly therapist capacity and driving visit volume growth within assigned IHT agency accounts, and will be hands-on in providing support to the back office team from intake to scheduling and throughout the plan of care. This is both an operational support and a tactical inside sales role focused on converting near-term opportunity into staffed visits through direct outreach to agency partners. The Coordinator exercises significant independent judgment in prioritizing outreach, determining approach, and making escalation decisions. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy within the IHT growth model and reports directly to the Operations Manager.</p> <p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contact agency partners directly to fill open therapist capacity on a same-day and next-day basis.</li> <li>Identify, pursue, and convert near-term visit opportunities across assigned accounts through direct outreach and tactical selling.</li> <li>Manage service barriers and problem solve across internal back office teams to remove blockers to capacity fill and visit execution.</li> <li>Independently assess account needs to determine outreach priorities that support business growth,
