Senior Travel Designer

We are hiring a highly motivated Senior Travel Designer to join us and contribute to the success of our sales team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles & will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving targets, promoting and selling travel packages, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel and sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
• Design itineraries and trip presentations for customers
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person
• Prepare and maintain sales materials and product information in our system
• Process bookings and reservations accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience in similar roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English and Greek, both spoken and written
• Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
