Lifetime Home Remodeling is expanding into Southern California, bringing our award-winning home remodeling services to the San Diego market! As we establish our presence, we are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our new San Diego warehouse facility. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, and leading a team to uphold the highest standards in logistics and inventory management. Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse associates to ensure smooth daily operations
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting
• Receiving & Distribution: Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring all procedures align with company SOPs
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce company-wide safety procedures, track safety documents, conduct facility inspections, and maintain SDS (Safety Data Sheets) folders
• Order & Material Handling: Monitor and order special-order materials to maintain stock levels and prevent delays
• Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, service teams, and other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional operations
• Scheduling & Task Management: Assign daily warehouse duties, maintain an organized workspace, and track warehouse performance metrics
• Facility Organization: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, efficient, and optimized for productivity

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or logistics management role preferred
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and oversee inventory
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills to lead a team effectively
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics, and inventory control procedures
• Education: High school graduate or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 80 lbs consistently
• Ability to perform varied tasks including walking, standing, driving, and sitting
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with extended periods of physical activity and mobility
