The Work You Will Do:

Contract Analyst II, District 6/Transportation Support Office/Procurement Services

 

This position will handle the overall process involving award and execution of Construction and Maintenance contracts. This position will serve as a point of contact for vendors seeking information or assistance related to solicitations, bidding opportunities, and procurement requirements, create and post legal advertisements and bid solicitation notices, and verify proposal packages for compliance and responsiveness. This position will also prepare technical review committee and contract award committee documentation as well as facilitate meetings and present bid/award information.

Hiring Salary:

 $46,329.49 - 59,955.81

 

A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $1,248.00 will be added to the annual salary.

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Create and post legal advertisements and bid solicitation notices in an appropriate, accurate, and timely manner; create accurate bid letting proposal packages; verify proposal packages are in compliance with advertisement and letting requirements; processes addendums in an appropriate, accurate, and timely manner; secures proper funding approval. Schedule lettings, assemble bid packages, monitor, and track plan and proposal holder information. Enter and maintain all required computer system information in a timely and accurate manner; create files and run necessary reports utilizing various required computer systems; trouble shoot issues regarding computer systems and/or computer system information and coordinate the resolution.
