Job Summary

The duties for this Electric Vehicle Sr Associate position includes project and program management, oversight and program support duties:

  • Vendor proposal reviews Invoice validation
  • Field inspections
  • Program documentation and reporting
  • Customer care
  • QA/QC tasks as required
  • Follow safety protocols and practices
  • Track and monitor program and vendor performance
  • Track and monitor vendor  performance, including but not limited to evaluating vendor KPI performance, compliance to safety protocols and practices, customer satisfaction
  • Review vendor work practices and products for completeness and compliance
  • Provide process improvement recommendations to management
  • Assist with special projects as necessary
  • During storm restoration efforts, may be required to perform functions outside of routine duties and on a schedule that may be different from normal operations
  • Facilitate development of program marketing, education and outreach
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and other assistance
  • Identify and track program specific conferences and events

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the processes for implementing electric vehicle related projects and programs in accordance with requirements for BPU approved programs (vendor proposal review, invoice validation, field inspections, QA/QC). Responsible for direct support in achieving program implementation goals.            
  • Track and monitor vendor performance, including but not limited to evaluating vendor KPI performance, compliance to safety protocols and practices, customer satisfaction            
  • Develop and maintain program documentation and reports            
  • Provide process improvement recommendations to management and implement as appropriate    

Job Specific Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree with 3 or more years of experience in Environmental, Renewables, Energy Efficiency and/or Electric Vehicle field.  In lieu of a bachelors degree, must have at least 7 y
