Learn more at <a href="https://www.cfd-research.com">www.cfd-research.com</a></strong></p></div><p>CFD Research is seeking candidates with a PhD (or minimum Masters) in Imaging Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related degree for a Senior Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Imaging Scientist position. The candidate will have expertise in SAR image formation processors, RADAR physics, and SAR image phenomenology and quality trade space analysis. Experience in signal processing, radar waveform design, and radar phenomenology analysis for both airborne and space systems is required. <strong>This position is a Group Leader role and will be a member of our Leadership team, so </strong><strong>experience managing a team of engineers, plus proven leadership skills is a must.</strong></p> <p><strong>**Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Basic Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Masters degree required in Imaging Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline</li> <li>TS clearance required (With SCI eligibility)</li> <li>Prior experience developing SAR Image Formation and Radar Physics Analysis</li> <li>Strong understanding of fundamental RF principles</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively</li> <li>Experience working on a cross-functional team developing solutions to complex tasks</li> <li>Active curiosity and a desire to learn and grow as a technical expert</li> <li>8+ years of relevant experience</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an a
