Resilinc is excited to hire a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our senior leadership team! We are seeking an experienced leader who brings innovative legal strategy, trusted partnership and operational expertise to scale our legal program through our next phase of growth.

What You Will Do
- Trusted advisor and strategic partner representing legal internally and externally for Resilinc. Build and scale the global Legal department to support our business goals and growth trajectory. Leverage internal and external resources along with systems and highly effective processes that drive efficiency and automation.
- Lead all commercial contracting and negotiating activities for sales, customer renewals, technology, partnership and vendor agreements. Serve as a trusted, strategic partner to our teams; building a best-in-class contracting process that balances business opportunity against multiple dimensions of risk while streamlining deal cycles. This will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating all sales and customer renewal contracts, including but not limited to, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs). Also, advise departments on how to comply with contractual requirements
- Manage and advise on a range of other legal activities such as international expansion, technology partnerships and integrations, mergers/acquisitions, data protection, privacy, trademarks, IP and litigation.
- Lead Resilinc’s corporate governance and incidence response, working with members of the ELT and cross functional departments. Design, implement, and iterate on policies, processes, and procedures to manage legal and business risk on a global scale.
- Advise the ELT and Board on legal, compliance and privacy matters and emerging global trends that impact our business and customers.
- Ensure the company maintains and stays ahead of required global and regionally specific legal, compliance and privacy policies and processes via education and communication.
What You Will Bring
- JD from a US ABA-accredited law school. Member in good standing within at least one jurisdiction and be eligible to register as in-house counsel in another jurisdiction if needed.
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience; prefer in-house counsel experience at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers. Experience managing employees in a high-growth global start-up preferred.
- Exceptional judgment, communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Forms deep, trusting relationships internally by providing sound advice and having a strong business acumen. Focuses on positive customer experiences, managing and conducting negotiations towards mutual outcomes while effectively managing risk.
- Proven skills in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial transactions including inbound/outbound SaaS, software, data, cloud, complex licensing, technology outsourcing, professional services, vendor contracts, maintenance and support, etc. Able to effectively manage a volume of large and/or strategic negotiations.
- Thrives shifting from thinking strategically to delivering tactically. Incredibly organized with excellent program management and cross functional collaboration skills. Strong knowledge of software business and operations is required.
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations such as SOCII, FedRAMP and data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc and experience with government procurement processes and regulations preferred.
