What are we looking for?

We are continuously expanding the capabilities of SentinelOne, actively listening to customers and responding to their needs.  We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer - Data Scientist who will be directly involved in our core technology and ensure we are always staying ahead of cybercriminals.

What will you do?

At SentinelOne you will be a part of a team of globally distributed system and kernel developers who work deeply within the 3 main OS’s of the world: Windows, Linux, MacOS.  The team is responsible for the core technologies at the endpoints that enable our XDR platform. 

 As a data science and ML specialist on the team, you will ideate and create features that will help our engineering teams as well as support our customers by providing better visibility into the health of the endpoints in the field.  You will collaborate across multiple engineering teams to design and build new automation that will further accelerate the growth of SentinelOne’s industry-leading XDR platform.

 

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning preferred.  Additional or directly relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience solving real world problems using ML. 
• Experience in creating and training models. 
• Familiarity with various aspects of ML system design & management.  
• Familiarity with data engineering to design & monitor data pipelines that feed into ML model training and inferencing workflows.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Ability to gather insights from large complex datasets.

 

Advantages:

• Prior experience leading the development and management of metrics, KPIs, and dashboards as needed.
• Software engineering and experience with data structures.

• Experience with large-scale event processing systems.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range$145,000—$199,000 USD
