About the role

Summary of Performance Expectations:

Performs a variety of administrative support services for the Environmental Services department. Orders, receives and supervises proper storage of supplies. Performs weekly rounds for Infection Prevention. Coordinates process for broken and torn furniture. Attends huddle and provides updates to the Vice President in Director’s absence.

Education & Credentials:

Required

High School diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Formal technical or vocational education in Secretarial Science. Medical terminology.

Work Experience:

Required

Five years of related experience. Advance knowledge of software applications (including Microsoft Office; Excel and Word) basic accounting procedures and record keeping skills. Ability to work independently. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.

Preferred

Administrative experience.
