Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an experienced and self-oriented Lean Manufacturing Senior Engineer to join our Production Management team. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role:
- Lead the Lean transformation by engaging teams, building capabilities, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement
- Develop and execute Lean initiatives in collaboration with local Lean Champions and management
- Implement TPM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and problem-solving methodologies to drive measurable business impact
- Develop internal Lean Champions, train teams, and support cross-functional collaboration to sustain Lean principles.
- Support the integration of new technologies and digital solutions into Lean initiatives
- Track and report on Lean implementation progress, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
- Lead operational improvement activities and deliver tangible results directly impacting plant P&L
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles
- Familiarity with industrial Health & Safety procedures
- Proven track record of leading Lean initiatives and cultural transformation in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in coaching, training, and facilitating Kaizen workshops to drive sustainable change
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis, waste elimination, and problem-solving tools
- Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels, creating a culture of accountability and ownership
- Experience in Project Management and problem-solving tools
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Analytical mindset with commercial and financial awareness to align Lean projects with business goals
