About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our customer support team, focusing on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. You will handle various administrative and operational tasks, providing valuable assistance to ensure smooth customer interactions. Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. Required Job Qualifications (Min. 2yr+ experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Process customer orders and applications.
- Handle billing, maintenance, and account termination requests.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
