Project Management Engineer

ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates. 

We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. Accountable for project controls: project cost estimating, planning/scheduling, project bench marking, effective cost control/forecasting, effective project progress control, contracting/procurement-plans

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

A. Tender Management

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to compilation of all necessary information for tenders, monthly reports and presentation.

• Review, Consolidate, and submission of an optimum tender programme which can meet the client’s requirements/provision of a workable and cost effective Baseline/Master Programme.

• Working with stakeholders to develop and control of Project Work Schedule. 

B. Project Management

• Work with stakeholders to submit necessary documents to the customers and gather the approval. 

• Hold the regular/weekly meetings with the customer and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to complete meeting action items, or in another word, to make the project rolling. 

• Submit the regular/weekly report to the customer upon request. 

• Join regular overseas meetings in English and coordinate related actions, based on meeting minutes, to get results. 

• Customer order management: Verify the customer POs comply with the tender/quote documents; Issue the invoices to the customers and gather the payments on time. 

• Once needed, manage the Strategic High Technology Commodities application, including managing the stakeholders.

• ERP system: Customer order key in and shipping related process/document key in. 

• Work with stakeholders to develop and to control the project timeline to meet customer requirements.

• Be involved in the project execution and once needed, escalate to higher management to get attention.  

• Manage multiple projects at the same time. 

• Generate monthly and quarterly revenue forecast reports.

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Chemical Engineering related

Working Experience & Personality

• Better to have 3-5 years in chemical equipment

• PM Communication skills to external and internal stakeholders

• Problem solving mindset and skills
