We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Revenue Cycle Management Team. The RCM team helps Spring get paid efficiently and accurately allowing us to continue in our mission to eliminate barriers to mental health. You will help build software that allows members to understand their care and costs and admin users are able to process effectively. You will drive forward initiatives that make using our platforms easy and seamless. This is a full time position that is fully remote.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Creating Experiences: Leverage React to create efficient experiences for our users.
- Streamlining Payment Flows: Build efficient payment pathways for our users.
- Quality Assurance: Craft and execute comprehensive tests to ensure the integrity of our systems.
- Observability and Monitoring: Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring to ensure the success and reliability of our systems.
- Leading Features: As an engineer on the Revenue Cycle Management engineering team, you will take ownership of projects, collaborating with Product and stakeholders to build useful MVPs quickly and reliably.
- Mentoring Engineers: As a senior member, you will mentor other engineers in the organization. Including sharing knowledge, guiding in best practices, and fostering a collaborative and growth oriented environment.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to develop exceptional user experiences

- Support the team velocity through collaboration and PR reviews
- Raise the bar for engineering excellence and delivery
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of professional development experience
- Experience with React
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Graphql API design
- Bonus points for experience with revenue operations or revenue systems
- Bonus points for experience with Docker & AWS
- Bonus points for Typescript experience
- Comfortable working on an agile team and curious about learning new things, experience on larger teams
- Comfortable moving fast and working through ambiguity - we are a fast-moving startup and are working on balancing the demands of business growth and platform reliability
The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
