This FT position will work Mon-Wed 3p-11:30p & Sat-Sun 7a-3:30p

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position will be responsible for making rounds to ensure the community is secure cleaning wheelchairs, stairwells, and other areas occasionally painting and doing drywall and related upkeep
• General maintenance to ensure a safe and operationally sound community daily newspaper delivery making time sensitive runs for the health center if needed
• IT support as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
• Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
• Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
