  About North High Brewing: 

North High Brewing serves craft beer made by the brewery that shares our name! We also offer a full menu of from-scratch bites, cater to private events and large parties, and host community events. Our first restaurant, located in Historic Dublin, opened in 2020, and our Uptown Westerville location followed in Fall of 2023. 

Job Summary: 

At North High Brewing, we know that a clean kitchen keeps everything running smoothly — and that starts with a reliable dishwasher. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our back-of-house team. Responsibilities/Requirements: 

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment consistently and efficiently
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish station and all kitchen areas (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, etc.)
  
  
• Take out kitchen and restaurant trash and recyclables regularly and safely
  
  
• Clean and organize trash and recycling areas
  
  
• Assist with unloading and putting away deliveries, following FIFO and safe food storage practices
  
  
• Follow all local, state, and federal food safety and sanitation regulations
  
  
• Wear the appropriate uniform and maintain personal hygiene standards
  
  
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  
  
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate professionally with other team members
  
  
• Willing to jump in and assist with general cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications:
 

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
  
• No prior experience required — training provided
  
  
• Punctual and reliable
  
  
• Food safety certifications are a plus, but not required
