POSITION SUMMARY:This is primarily the “face of welcome” for new church interest while internally providing administrative support for systems utilized by church mobilization and development for tracking partnerships.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate new church interest and assess/connect churches with appropriate mobilizer for initial meeting.
- Provide information and communicate with churches throughout the Embark phase of Church Partnership process.
- Meet with church mobilizers on a weekly basis and assist with entering recent church activities, communication, meetings, and next steps etc. into CRM systems.
- On a weekly basis, process incoming donations and send out list for thank you’s.
- Create list of churches every 3-6 months who are at risk of becoming inactive in the partnership process & assist in re-engaging the churches.
- Assist in updating partnership levels every 6 months in Dynamics.
- As requested, schedule external meetings for mobilizers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document
- At least 2 years of experience working with churches
- Strong administrative skills
- Cross cultural experience
- Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database systems)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines with flexibility
