What You’ll Do:

• Lead proposal development (RFPs/RFQs), presentations, and award submissions

• Drive marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and brand messaging

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with sales goals

• Manage and mentor junior team members

• Oversee PR, advertising, and tradeshow events (some travel required)

What You'll need to Succeed: 

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ in the AEC industry, specifically federal construction

• Proven success managing federal design-build proposals

• Strong writing, project management, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with SAM, PIEE, DoD SAFE, and federal procurement processes

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
