We’re looking for a Solutions Architect with deep Webflow expertise to help customers build, launch, and grow their sites with confidence. You’ll bring your firsthand experience launching large-scale Webflow projects to inspire customers, guide them on best practices, and help them scale successfully. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences will empower teams of all sizes to see what’s possible in Webflow.
About the role:

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll …
- Act as a trusted Webflow product expert for new and existing customers.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to accelerate time to value by guiding customers through onboarding and implementation.
- Share best practices from your experience building large Webflow sites, including CMS architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Create reusable templates, demos, and site examples that make adopting Webflow simple and repeatable.
- Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and Design.
- Inspire confidence in customers by demonstrating Webflow’s potential in real-world use cases.

About you:
Requirements:
- Have 2–4 years of experience building and launching complex Webflow sites (freelance, agency, or in-house).
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
