Job Title: Lodge Kitchen buffet Food Runner

Location: Callaway Gardens (Pine Mountain, Ga

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Runner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in our dining areas by maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Replace plates, pans, dishware as needed.
• Replenish buffet and other hot/cold Items.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.
• Communicate with kitchen staff on replenishing items.
• Help keep kitchen stations clean and properly organized.
• Complete other side work assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Proven experience as a food runner or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
