Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure OCI team is building Oracle’s 2nd generation Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with best in class compute, storage, networking, database, security, and a continuously expanding set of foundational cloud-based services. One of the areas OCI is investing in heavily is MultiCloud where our customer can deploy Oracle cloud in another cloud provider’s environment to allow our customer to leverage the best of both cloud technology providers have to offer.
Our team is responsible for supporting the integration of Oracle cloud hardware in external cloud provider’s environment, to ensure the hardware can be seamlessly integrated into the non-Oracle environment effectively and Unimpededly.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will have a chance to work with some of the best minds in the industry to define and implement the hardware that enables our service teams to build the best-in-class services for our cloud customers. You will plan and direct schedules, monitor the projects from initiation through delivery, and organize cross-team activities ensuring completion of the projects/products on schedule and within budget constraints. To facilitate on-time product delivery, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to prioritize work, identify and resolve dependencies, and maintain organizational focus. You will provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology, and to recommend and justify major changes to existing products/services/processes. You will have the opportunity learn & document the detailed technology and requirements of external cloud vendor and utilize the knowledge to help adapting Oracle hardware for the other cloud operator’s environment.
- 5+ years experience in managing large scale technical programs spanning multiple teams and organizations, from conception to delivery
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure technologies & processes
- knowledge in server/rack/networking hardware technology;
- Knowledge of cloud computing is a big plus.
- Ability to understand, capture and document technical requirements; leverage this knowledge to document Oracle hardware adaptation requirement & drive delivery
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals
- Experience in hardware design/qualification is a big plus
- Experience in adapting hardware for international deployment is a big plus.
- Experience working with supply chain is a big plus
The preferred locations for this position are in Seattle, Washington, Boston, MA and Santa Clara, CA.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
