THE JOB:
As a Poker Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of players and guests as necessary. You will be the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services. You will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Start the day by meeting with the Poker Shift Managers to receive your assigned area.
• Get briefed on any upcoming events or current issues.
• Hold on-shift meetings with dealers, poker room hosts, and attendants to discuss any updates or concerns.
• Ensure you have the keys to the chip trays/boxes.
• Cover employee breaks when necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Has at least 2 years of poker or any hotel/resort/casino related experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to convey information concisely and professionally.
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
• Highly observant and detail-oriented, with an acute awareness of the environment and the ability to identify potential issues before they arise.

Pay Range:

The starting rate for this role is:

$28.00

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
