About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As Staff Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing communication strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication. As the Staff Program Mgr, you will play a critical role in driving collaboration through effective, inclusive, frequent communication. Your exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, and ability to balance multiple priorities will contribute to achieving our business objectives for the Product Growth portfolio.

Responsibilities
 Your efforts will help us scale to >100m customers and become a worldwide top 3 streaming company. You will be a key member of the Product Growth leadership team.

Expectations

As a key contributor at WBD, you will:

  • Program Management: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities related to Product Growth. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate risks.
     
  • Product Roadmap and Impact: You will drive cross-cutting strategic initiatives and maintain a portfolio view of the roadmap, priorities, KPIs, and mechanisms for Product Growth. This includes identifying issues that impede team success and providing solutions/recommendations.
     
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Product team and other departments and stakeholders.
     
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness of product development processes, ensuring smooth coordination between various teams involved in the product lifecycle.
     
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and external partners. Act as a trusted advisor to the Product Growth team and provide guidance on operational matters.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends. Identify opportunities for process and team improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, innovation, and quality within the Product Growth team.

Skills / Experience

  • 8+ years of experience as a product, program, or project manager within a technology or digital organization.
  • Proven experience in high-profile, multi-faceted programs.
  • Experience with planning processes, workshops, discussions, and reporting.
  • Experience working with senior and/or executive leadership.
  • Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role supporting product management teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on results and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functi
