Job Summary
This position maintains a regular on-site presence to assist drop-in students, respond to inquiries, and ensure access to office resources. The Admissions & Operations, Sr. Analyst reports to the Executive Director of MSTP and collaborates closely with faculty leadership to support program goals and operations.
Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students.
Leads recruitment and outreach strategy and events (including minimal travel, as needed), representing both MSTP and the broader BSD graduate programs.
Manages the operational components of the admissions process, including coordinating admissions committee meetings, overseeing application screening and review, developing interview day schedules, and leads communication with faculty, current student volunteers, and administrative interviewers.
Partners with Graduate Admissions Professionals (GAPP) and the Pritzker School of Medicine to ensure admissions processes and offers comply with institutional and federal guidelines.
Plans and executes MSTP Revisit (Second Look) events in coordination with Pritzker Revisit programming.
Maintains a daily on-site presence to support access to office resources and assist drop-in students.
Supports MSTP’s business operations finance and accounting functions in accordance with university systems, policies, and guidelines, including travel and reimbursement processes.
Coordinates schedules for students, faculty, and staff for meetings, events, and program activities.
Assist the Assistant Director of Student Affairs with programmatic initiatives as needed.
Oversee procurement of goods and services for events, including vendor communication and coordination.
Solves problems in areas such as academic and administrative policy, student admissions, curriculum research and development, and budget development.
Recommends process improvements for programs that relate to critical student-life improvement, including emergency management, accommodations for students with disabilities, and/or the administration of health care services and programs for students.
Performs other related work as needed.

Education:
Master’s Degree in a related field.
Experience:
2+ years’ experience in academic admissions or recruitment.
Project and event management experience.
Familiarity with institutional purchasing and finance processes.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products.

Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task constantly changing demands and deadlines.
Ability to communicate professionally with prospective and current students, faculty, and administrative partners at all levels in the University.
