Description

 American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist our Smyrna, TN, location with the manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include but are not limited to sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Willing to train. Apply today!!

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break down totes)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
• excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Sunday through Friday

Closed Saturday

1st Shift 6am - 1:30pm (could stay a little longer)

2nd Shift 2pm - Finish (usually around 9pm)

7/8 hour OR until Finish 

Paid Weekly - Friday

Requirements

 What You'll Do:

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• This position requires lots of walking and being on your feet for long periods of time
• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift
• Accurately scan and document inventory
• Lead by example to motivate and support team members
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• MUST HAVE STEEL-TOE SHOES
