​Your responsibilities

• Communication with credit rating agencies in relation to RWE's strategy and corporate development as well as ongoing explanation of RWE's financials 
• Analysis of RWE's budget models and determination of rating-relevant key figures
• Preparation, coordination, negotiation and execution of capital and loan market transactions
• Participation in the ongoing dialogue with international banks on market and product-related topics
• Sustainable finance: evaluation and development of sustainable financings and monitoring of market trends 
• Participation in M&A projects

Your profile

• University degree in economics or comparable degree; ideally with a financial background
• Several years of practical experience in the areas of credit ratings, capital markets and sustainable finance, ideally at a large company / group and/or bank
• Very good communication skills, assertiveness and a confident manner in negotiations
• Positive can-do attitude and a strong conceptual, independent and results-orientated way of thinking and working 
• Project management skills and confident, flexible behavior in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
