Director of Regional Sales Development (Las Vegas, Nevada)
Key Job Functions
This leader’s primary focus will be developing and promoting the Caesars Entertainment brand. Success in this role is defined by the creation of a compelling brand value proposition and then ensuring that these are reflected in the overall performance of the sales organization, as measured by qualitative and quantitative metrics. This role works across all eight (8) of Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas properties and is responsible for the regional top-line sales and overall segment strategies.
As Director of Regional Sales Development Role, you will:
Curate and lead a market share expansion strategy for Caesars Entertainment, specifically all eight (8) Las Vegas properties.
Lead and manage assigned team members across Caesars Entertainment properties to achieve their quarterly/annual revenue goals and other assigned metrics.
Execute and support Caesars Entertainment’s service and brand standards, throughout each guest experience.
Regularly and consistently train team members, set clear divisional expectations and hold team members accountable for revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Coach and develop team members to utilize their resources to impact performance, including the utilization of improvement plans to support team members who are not achieving their assigned revenue and performance metrics.
Recruit and connect with qualified candidates for future open sales opportunities within the Caesars Entertainment National Meetings & Events sales division.
Utilize company, divisional and individually crafted tools for recognizing extraordinary performance within your assigned team.
Host team and one-on-one meetings consistently, and primarily in-person, to establish a team culture, outline divisional goals, support and train team members and to lead your team to drive top-line revenue sales strategies.
Utilize data and resources for accurate forecasting and sales pipeline management.
Utilize data and technology platforms to drive business development and performance such as Tableau, Amadeus, SalesForce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Knowland and CVENT. Consistently present new resources and tools that will support further achievement of quarterly/annual revenue goals.
Ensure team members manage their sales pipeline to drive maximum business outcomes by ensuring they use the 90/50/10 coding and decision due date structure to accurately populate the forecast tools.
Set and manage sales activity goals that are to be documented in SalesForce.
Set realistic business development goals for your assigned team members to ensure the development and execution of new market share.
Attend high value site inspections and customer engagements on-site to support closing business for your team.
Attend in-market sales appointments to support your assigned team members, provide on-site coaching and develop relationships with current and prospective accounts.
Create new and exciting client engagements to drive customer loyalty.
Maintain accountability for achieving revenue goals, pace goals, guest and associate satisfaction and overall financial performance of hotels/region within their purview.
Act as the key leadership liaison with regional operators and divisional leaders to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
Develop actionable recommendations and responses to optimize performance and drive growth and profitability.
Regularly represent region at internal and external meetings.
Understand the overall regional market (e.g., competition, economic trends, supply and demand, etc.) and implements appropriate tactics and sales strategy to achieve targeted metrics.
Travel, as required, for the role. (estimated less than 10%)
Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet overall business needs.

Technical Skills
Amadeus, SalesForce, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, LinkedIn, Zoom Info and similar tools required for sales/revenue and customer satisfaction performance
Education & Experience
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 8+ years of prior hospitality sales leadership experience preferred
- Relevant work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of extraordinary performance
Qualifications
