Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SME Automation Lead with a strong foundation in both Manual and Automation testing and should be able to create automated testing scripts through out the build and create a regression test suite to be executed during Regression Testing window

Must have skills

1. Should be proficient in both Manual Automation testing Selenium with Java skills
2. Should have Automation skills Selenium with Java Cloudbees MongoDB
3. Should have handson experience with Playwright
4. Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks
5. Able to lead a team of 46 Automation testers
6. The testers should be able to create automated testing scripts through out the build and create a regression test suite to be executed during Regression Testing window
7. Should have experience on PC Insurance application testing
8. Should have experience of working in AgileSAFe Agile projects
9. Candidate should be able to design and execute test cases with projects desired productivity
10. Experience in database queries
11. Conduct postrelease postimplementation testing
12. Candidate should be able to become SME on the assigned area quickly Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
13. Should be able to work with end clients QA team directly on daily basis
14. Closely work with Dev teamsBA to resolve technical business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives
15. Should have working knowledge of Rally
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business TeamsNote on testing
17. The testers should be able to create automated testing scripts through out the build and create a regression test suite to be executed during Regression Testing window

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 70000 to 93767

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
