Deloitte Consulting, US Delivery Center, Government & Public Services - Solution Analyst (Business Operations) - Frankfort

Work you’ll do 

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below. 

Knowledge Areas- Business Operations 

Project Management Office:  

• Provide project support in planning, execution, monitor & control, and reporting activities of a project 
• Engage in deliverable management coordination 
• Support project onboarding activities 
• Provide reports and input to aid projects in decision making 
• Experience and interest in internal and external communications and partnership 

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025 in these or related areas of study
• Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior), Economics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Operations & Supply Chain, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations) 
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to Frankfort, KY with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations (After 2 years of employment in this role, expected to relocate to any delivery location without support of relocation assistance (subject to the terms of a repayment agreement))
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred skillsets: Confidence with business processes and ability to determine impacts on business operations. Executive presence, operational / process design with strong analytical skills, an eye for process improvement, ability to solve complex problems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to peers and leaders. Ability to articulate status reports and present them in front of others as well as in a virtual environment.
