Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong leadership and hands-on experience in managing complex technical projects across business units. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive successful project outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities-

Technical Leadership

• Lead planning and execution of technical projects across business units.

• Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

• Own resolution and root cause analysis (RCA) for high-priority incidents.

Project Management

• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget using verification techniques.

• Perform risk management and escalate issues as needed.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Documentation & Compliance

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.

• Communicate technical issues effectively to clients and colleagues.

• Support solution architects in pre-sales and proposal reviews.

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical project management.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructure.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
