Senior Reward & Performance Consultant

Key responsibilities/What you do

• The Reward & Performance Consultant Function/LoB is responsible for running day-to-day as well as cyclical activities and processes (year-end cycle) in the function/LOB they are affiliated with
• Supports the HR Director and HRBPs for the function/LoB to support them with Reward & Performance topics and queries 
• Partners with the Sr Consultant Reward “Subject Matter Experts” for the specific topics in their scope
• Supports ad-hoc queries, projects and process improvements in R&P overall and leads specific reward processes across AzP as required 

Main Tasks

Runs day-to-day activities in the specific function/LoB

• Conducts benchmark activities for positions in their scope
• Ensures consistent grading across all positions in the function/LoB and cross-checks results with similar jobs in other functions/Lobs
• Works with local HR teams to ensure that pay equity criteria and local requirements are fulfilled 

Manages cyclical activities in the specific function/LoB

• Supports the performance management process in their scope and ensures that all deadlines are met and the process is completed
• Runs the year-end cycle for their scope and manages salary increases and variable pay proposals
• Prepares documentation for approvals and ensures smooth implementation

Partners with HR Directors and HRBPs in the specific function/LoB

• Prepares trainings and info sessions on R&P topics for their scope together with the functional/LoB HR team 
• Supports HRBPs and HR Director with R&P related queries and ad-hoc requests
• Works with the Subject Matter Experts on complex queries from the business to get their input and support Supports R&P projects and process improvements
• Supports global R&P projects and works with the Sr Consultant on improving the processes in their scope
• In addition to the vertical specialization on a function, may have horizontal global focus on a specific topic in alignment with the Global Lead Compensation & Performance

Key requirements/What you bring

• At least 5-7 years’ experience in Reward / Compensation Management with minimum 2 years in a global / multi-country environment 
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving
• Working knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in working with large systems
• Strong advisor and influencer 
• Customer focus and business partnering aptitude
• Thrives in a changing environment
• Passion to drive process improvement
