Agile Project Manager

YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile methodologies.
• Work closely with product owners to prioritize features and create a product backlog.
• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Facilitate communication between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Use Agile tools to capture and report project metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.
• Collaborate with teams to conduct retrospectives and identify areas for process improvement.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
• From 3-5 years of proven experience as an Agile Project Manager in software development or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and software development processes.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are considered a plus.
