Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic consulting professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience delivering enterprise-wide strategy, technology, and business solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll own deliverables, manage day-to-day project responsibilities, mentor junior resources, lead a dynamic team, and engage with key clients and stakeholders. You’ll build on your passion for business and strong work ethic as you solve complex problems with powerful solutions. You’ll finesse sometimes chaotic and lackluster systems into well-oiled machines to achieve business objectives and attract revenue growth–building both your client’s portfolio and your own.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to build solutions that propel businesses towards a goal—whether that’s accelerated growth, a better customer experience, or happier employees. We work with a diverse team of consultants and project managers to make a difference in how companies strategize, streamline operations, reengineer processes, protect customer privacy, drive cultural change, and go to market. Our solutions empower clients with strategic changes that set them apart and move them forward.

About you

  • You are an expert communicator–whether it’s on paper, in person, or in front of a team
  • You’ve led systems implementation, program execution, operations and/or process improvement engagements
  • You are expressly analytical, often identifying weak points to strengthen and utilizing data and insights to support your actions
  • You’re flexible and adaptable, keeping the engagement level high in a rapidly changing environment
  • You manage client expectations from the outset, structuring deliverables in the areas of scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction
  • You calculate risks and recommend mitigation approaches, identifying issues while managing effective outcomes
  • You have a high level of ownership and feel compelled to drive and deliver projects to timely completion
  • You enjoy mentoring junior resources to help them grow professionally
  • You’re a natural leader, cultivating small teams of consultants and analysts to reach business goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a lead consultant in a major consulting firm
  • 5+ years of demonstrated project leadership and team management
  • Experience creating value stream maps, managing business metrics, and developing recommendations for future state processes
  • Demonstrated expertise implementing process improvements
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
  • An undergraduate degree in technology or business

We’d also be super-impressed if you have

  • An MBA
  • Data analysis skills (SQL, Power BI/Tableau)
  • Scrum Master, PMP, or SAFe certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification

Washington State base compensation range: $90,000- $140,000 DOE
