Senior Manager, Creative Production

The Role:
Minted is seeking a Senior Creative Production Manager to join our Creative Studio. This role is responsible for managing Minted’s internal production studio and will focus on work streams that bring best-in-class photography and video to life. The ideal candidate is creative, curious, and passionate about design and taste making. They’re experienced in working with Creative Directors executing creative from concept to final deliverables, on-time and on-budget. They’re an expert in the craft of photography & video, exceptionally organized and able to coordinate multiple shoots at different stages of development. Above all, they’re inspired by the potential of making great art more widely accessible.
​​This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations & Production and works cross-functionally with many teams across the organization, including but not limited to Marketing, Brand, and Creative.

You Will:

• Work closely with the Brand Operations Director to establish the production process and build into the seasonal calendar
• Lead, build, and mentor the in-house production team
• Develop and orchestrate the seasonal production calendar, team resourcing, budget reporting
• Manage all operations of the photo studio, including facility and equipment management
• Partner closely with brand, marketing, and business functions to deliver work on schedule and within scope
• Leverage and grow the network of vendors and freelance talent across different production expertise 
• Manage content rights and releases, building an accurate records archive and process to ensure compliance and protect the company's intellectual property
• Oversee proper digital organization & archiving of all creative deliverables
• Ensure all creative production work streams are executed at the highest level and always meet Minted’s brand standards

You Are:

• Self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and drive results in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
• Highly process-focused mindset with ability to own and drive the roadmap with internal and external teams
• Deeply curious and constantly staying abreast of new production technologies and techniques
• Passionate for design and a desire to build a career in a creative company and industry

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience as a production lead, with a background in client services and content creation
• Proven people leadership with a talent for hiring, mentoring and empowering individuals
• Extensive understanding of content-production processes across multiple mediums including digital, video, TV, print, etc.
• Experience working on an e-commerce or lifestyle brand
• Outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills
• Experience managing a team and collaborating across multiple disciplines and areas of expertise
• A deep appreciation for art and design and how that can enrich people’s lives
• Experience negotiating contracts with creative talent and resources
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, while paying attention to details and executing flawlessly

Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to both employment offers and Minted employees actively working in the role. Generally, our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
- Geo Base Salary Range 0 - Includes SF Bay Area $130,081 - $195,121
This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and stock options.
