The Boeing Company’s Security Technology team is currently seeking a Senior Security & Fire Protection Multi Operations Specialist to join their team in Seattle, WA.

The ideal candidate will be able to work within a complex and fast paced environment providing technical systems support to Access Management Systems, video and other security servers and systems.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain, service, troubleshoot, and administer critical physical security technology systems

• Work in a cross-functional environment to bring solutions to complex Security Technology issues

• Effective time and workload management

• Communication and collaboration with S&FP team members, site focals, and support personnel

• Milestone Video Security Systems (VS&S) administration

• Lenel Access Management Systems (AMS) administration

• Data analysis and metrics development

• New Security Technology tools enablement, development, and implementation

• Project management of complex technical integration projects

• Consult with customers, company, and external organizations to recommend and propose new or alternative security solutions, improvements, and enhancements

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in hardware and/or software troubleshooting and corrective action

• 5+ years of experience with networks and network communication protocols

• 3+ years of experience supporting change management and process improvement activities

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems setup and configuration

• 3+ years of experience querying and updating SQL Server databases

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience communicating with management at all levels

• Experience with technical writing and editing

• Must be capable of working independently and within a teaming environment

• Microsoft Remote Desktop Services

Summary pay range: $102,850 - $139,150
