Nokia of America Corporation, Manager, Supply Chain Project (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX
Manage the product lifecycle by understanding the current business conditions such as forecast, key customer issues and market conditions.
Manage day to day supply chain issues in NPI and ongoing production and development long term supply chain strategies.
Lead teams on Value Engineering cost reduction, Continuous Quality Improvements, and End of Life Product Planning.
Establish, drive and influence business partnership within SCPE and Business Line R&D as required.
Plan and manage NPI builds and elements necessary to achieve desired cost, quality and on-time delivery.
Work with other product engineers, test engineers, new product and maintenance, delivery capability managers, program buyers and others to complete project tasks.
Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.
Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert.
Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%. #LI-DNI
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following:
Contracting manufacturing process technologies, including PCB fabrication & PCB assembly, integration, and testing of electronic products;
Design for Test (DfT) tools, process and applications; ODM/OEM/JDM engagement, capability analysis and execution;
Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Design of Experiments, or Computer Design and Simulation; and,
Measuring product line performance, including cost, quality, delivery and DFx.
International travel up to 10% required.
Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.
