Working Student - Global Culture & People Initiatives (f/m/d)

Our Global Culture & People Team is driving a unique growth culture in which all STADA employees can empower themselves and grow. We are implementing culture initiatives globally connected to our purpose ‘Caring for People’s Health as a Trusted Partner’, such as employee wellbeing programs and STADA Alumni network.

What you can expect

 

  • Support in the setup and roll-out of our global culture initiatives
  • Prepare both internal and external communications for various channels, such as Intranet, Employee App and social media
  • Support in event planning and coordination
  • Closely collaborate with global and local stakeholders, including our local Culture & People colleagues in various countries

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • You are a registered student in the field of business administration and/or communications with a focus on human resources or business psychology
  • You enjoy communicating via various channels and target groups
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy implementing ideas
  • You are confident in using MS-Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
