Senior Administrative Assistant - MISSOULA CARDIOLOGY

The Cardiovascular Service Line Administrative Assistant III provides support for hospital administrators by planning and organizing daily activities while providing general clerical support. He/She makes decisions and works independently as well as an administrative staff team member to provide for the smooth operation of administrative activities. He/she creates a friendly and cooperative atmosphere for visitors, hospital personnel and medical staff members. The Cardiovascular Service Line Administrative Assistant III has the ability to maintain poise in stressful situations and continually exhibit outstanding public relation skills.

Required Qualifications: 

• 2 years - Prior business office experience with computer expertise in word processing, data base programs and spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree - Business. 
• A/R, A/P, and payroll experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
