Group Technology serves as strategic technology partner and key enabler for Telia’s local operations and business, proactively providing expertise and options for scale. Technology Unit is responsible for anticipating and addressing emerging technological needs, driving digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency for Telia Company. Four unique positions will be recruited for our biggest group function, Technology. Will you be the one joining us in August 2026? 

• Head of Technology; Group CTIO - Trainee 

• Head of IT; Group CIO - Trainee 

• Head of Networks; Group CTO - Trainee 

• Head of Common Product Management - Trainee 

As an Executive Management Trainee, you will 

Work closely with one of Telia’s senior executives and their leadership teams, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship. You will take part in executing diverse, exciting, and often complex tasks with various stakeholders. You are expected to assume ownership of the tasks delegated to you. You will be provided with insights in how to run the biggest Telco in Sweden and meet key people across the organization, helping you to create the best possible start for your successful future career.  
 
It is a highly challenging yet rewarding position where you will be part of a Trainee community with lots of new colleagues eager to support you. You will be permanently employed from day one, expected to start in August 2026 and located at Telia Company’s head office in Solna, Stockholm. You will take on this challenge for approximately 12 months until you, together with your leader, find your next big opportunity within the company. 

In this role, you will work closely with your executive leader, providing direct support in their daily responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in strategically important projects
